AGREEMENT TO OUR LEGAL TERMS

We are Corrode Rust ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), a company registered in Denmark, based in Copenhagen.

We operate the website https://www.corroderust.com (the "Site"), as well as any other related products and services that refer or link to these legal terms (collectively, the "Services").

These Legal Terms constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you"), and Corrode Rust, concerning your access to and use of the Services.

By accessing our Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Legal Terms.
If you do not agree, you must not use our Services.

1. OUR SERVICES

The Services are not intended for distribution or use in any country or jurisdiction where doing so would violate local law or regulation. Accessing our Services from outside Denmark is at your own risk.

The Services are not designed to comply with industry-specific regulations (HIPAA, FISMA, etc.) and may not be used in any way that would subject us to such regulations.

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

We own or are licensed to use all content in our Services, including code, design, text, graphics, media, and branding ("Content") as well as trademarks and service marks ("Marks").

You may access the Services and download or print portions of the Content for personal, non-commercial use only.

Any other use — including copying, selling, redistributing, or modifying Content — without our written permission is strictly prohibited.

3. USER REPRESENTATIONS

By using the Services, you confirm that:

  2. You are at least 13 years old

  3. If under 18, you have parental or guardian permission

  4. You will not access the Services through bots or automation

  5. You will not use the Services for any illegal activity

  6. You agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws

We may suspend or terminate your account for violating any of the above.

4. USER REGISTRATION

You may need to register an account to use parts of the Services.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

We reserve the right to remove usernames that we consider inappropriate.

5. PRODUCTS

All digital goods and in-game items offered on our platform are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

6. PURCHASES AND PAYMENT

We accept the following payment methods:

You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize us to charge your selected method for any purchases made.

All prices are listed in Euros (€). Sales tax may apply where relevant. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.

We may cancel or limit orders that seem fraudulent or violate our terms.

7. SUBSCRIPTIONS

The Corrode VIP Package is a monthly subscription that renews automatically until canceled.

You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

To cancel your subscription, contact us at carlgustav@live.dk. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

We may change prices and will notify users in advance.

8. REFUND POLICY

All sales are final.
No refunds will be issued for any digital purchases unless required by law.

9. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
